Mike Germano met Chris Petescia in high school, and then Bobby Gaafar in college. The three of them decided to build a business together. After graduation they began the Carrot Creative social media agency in a basement office, but after doubling or tripling in size each year, they now occupy a huge office in Dumbo, Brooklyn and represent national brands like Disney, Redbull, Ford, and the NFL.”
